The purpose of this paper is to see the impacts of the microfinance institution Kafo Jiginew in development in Mali in general and in particular in Ouéléssébougou, Fana and Koutiala. The survey was carried out in the Ouéléssébougou, Fana and Koutiala localities with a questionnaire. We studied the socio-demographic and economic characteristics of members. We obtained a sample of 175 subjects. The results of the surveys showed an increase in activity, i.e. 74.85%, an increase in income, i.e. 83.43%, and an improvement in the living conditions of members, i.e. 90.86%. A test of the law of Chi-two also showed us the improvement in the well-being of Kafo Jiginew members, but it is not absolute. Therefore, Kafo Jiginew contributes to the reduction of poverty and financial exclusion in these localities in particular and in Mali in general.
