The introduction of a new technology within organizations often constitutes a process of change which can lead to the reconfiguration of the work organization, the roles, and even the professionals’ skills, who are often obliged to keep up with technological developments. A technology can thus disrupt and deregulate the system, forcing the individual either to reposition themselves in this new configuration, or to ward off the threat by refusing the new device.
In the literature, different models and concepts are used to predict and study the acceptance of technology. Indeed, faced with the evolution of the technological environment, professionals must constantly update themselves in order to provide their customers with reliable and timely information. Our article aims to answer the following question: What influence do new digital technologies represent on the professional environment and what is the level of acceptance of these IT by professionals?
In order to respond to this, the proposed model combines the UTAUT and TTF models, which have been contextualized in the context of the technologies use by professionals.
